My old-fashioned mind is breaking under inability to comprehend such b0rkenness, but the logical side of my mind is telling me that without large-scale backrow removal the meta will take the re-inclusion of Raigeki in stride. It probably won't even achieve "staple" status.

Raigeki does literally nothing against Shaddolls and Burning Abyss. So the top tables probably won;t even be running it main.
More surprised about Glow-Up. Super easy, reusable tuner. Guess it helps Dragons and Sylvans a bit. They'll need it.

ROTA at three. Been forever and a day since that happened, and with Raigeki too!
Slowly the old format is rebuilding and mixing with the new.
